Bij Isaan Tattoo Studio gaan we zorgvuldig om met jouw persoonsgegevens. In deze privacyverklaring leggen we uit welke gegevens wij verwerken wanneer je onze website bezoekt, contact met ons opneemt, een afspraak maakt of een tattoo- of piercingbehandeling bij ons ondergaat.

We leggen ook uit waarom we deze gegevens gebruiken, met welke dienstverleners gegevens kunnen worden gedeeld, hoe we ze bewaren en welke rechten je hebt.

2. Welke persoonsgegevens verwerken wij?

Afhankelijk van jouw contact met ons en de behandeling die je boekt, kunnen wij onder andere de volgende gegevens verwerken:

  • voor- en achternaam;

  • adres, postcode en woonplaats;

  • geboortedatum;

  • telefoonnummer;

  • e-mailadres;

  • eventueel je Instagram-gebruikersnaam;

  • informatie over hoe je Isaan Tattoo Studio hebt gevonden;

  • afspraak- en boekingsgegevens;

  • informatie over de gewenste tattoo of piercing;

  • opmerkingen die je zelf bij een aanvraag of boeking invult;

  • gegevens over de behandelend tattoo artist of piercer;

  • datum en handtekening op consentformulieren;

  • gegevens die nodig zijn voor leeftijdscontrole;

  • indien van toepassing gegevens en toestemming van een ouder of wettige vertegenwoordiger;

  • gegevens uit tattoo- en piercingconsentformulieren;

  • betaal- en transactiegegevens;

  • indien geregistreerd, gegevens over gebruikte tattoo-inkten;

  • foto's en video's van tattoos of piercings wanneer daarvoor toestemming is gegeven;

  • technische gegevens die bij het gebruik van onze website kunnen worden verwerkt, zoals IP-adres, browsergegevens, apparaatgegevens en bezochte pagina's.

3. Gezondheidsgegevens

Voor het veilig en verantwoord uitvoeren van een tattoo of piercing kunnen wij informatie over jouw gezondheid nodig hebben. Gezondheidsgegevens zijn bijzondere persoonsgegevens. Wij behandelen deze daarom extra zorgvuldig.

Bij tattoos

Voorafgaand aan een tattoo kan onder andere worden gevraagd naar:

  • zwangerschap of borstvoeding;

  • huidinfecties;

  • actieve huidaandoeningen;

  • beschadigde of afwijkende huid;

  • allergieën, bijvoorbeeld voor latex, metalen of conserveringsmiddelen;

  • eerdere plastische chirurgie of radiotherapie;

  • littekens of keloïden;

  • hemofilie en andere stollingsstoornissen;

  • epilepsie;

  • hart- en vaatziekten;

  • diabetes;

  • auto-immuunziekten;

  • immunosuppressie en andere aandoeningen van het immuunsysteem;

  • sarcoïdose;

  • andere omstandigheden die invloed kunnen hebben op de behandeling of genezing.

Bij piercings

Voorafgaand aan een piercing kan onder andere worden gevraagd naar:

  • zwangerschap;

  • gebruik van antibiotica of antistollingsmiddelen;

  • plastische chirurgie of radiotherapie op de betreffende plaats;

  • hemofilie;

  • chronische huidaandoeningen;

  • contactallergieën;

  • diabetes;

  • immuunstoornissen;

  • hart- en vaatproblemen;

  • sarcoïdose;

  • andere gezondheids- of huidproblemen die relevant kunnen zijn voor de behandeling.

Wij gebruiken deze informatie om te beoordelen of een behandeling verantwoord kan worden uitgevoerd, of aanvullende voorzorgsmaatregelen nodig zijn en of het verstandig is om eerst medisch advies in te winnen.

4. Consentformulieren

Voor tattoo- en piercingbehandelingen maken wij gebruik van digitale consentformulieren.

Daarin wordt onder andere vastgelegd dat de klant:

  • informatie heeft ontvangen over de behandeling;

  • is geïnformeerd over mogelijke risico's en complicaties;

  • relevante gezondheidsinformatie heeft verstrekt;

  • informatie over nazorg heeft ontvangen;

  • toestemming geeft voor de behandeling;

  • verklaart dat de verstrekte informatie juist is.

De consentformulieren voor tattoos en piercings worden uitsluitend digitaal in Tattoogenda opgeslagen.

De gezondheidsinformatie uit deze formulieren kan worden ingezien door de floormanager en de artiest of piercer die de betreffende klant behandelt, voor zover dit nodig is voor de behandeling, nazorg, controle of een volgende afspraak.

5. Minderjarigen en leeftijdscontrole

Voor minderjarige klanten gelden aanvullende regels. Welke regels gelden, hangt onder andere af van de leeftijd en de gekozen behandeling.

Voor tattoos hanteert Isaan Tattoo Studio als eigen beleid dat klanten van 16 tot 18 jaar alleen worden getatoeëerd met toestemming van een ouder of wettige vertegenwoordiger.

Bij minderjarigen worden geen tattoos geplaatst in het gezicht, op de handen of in de nek.

Bij piercings worden de voor de betreffende leeftijd en piercing geldende regels toegepast.

Wanneer toestemming van een ouder of wettige vertegenwoordiger nodig is, kunnen gegevens van deze persoon worden vastgelegd, waaronder een handtekening en gegevens die nodig zijn om identiteit en toestemming te controleren.

In sommige gevallen wordt bij het consentformulier een foto van het identiteitsdocument van de ouder of wettige vertegenwoordiger opgeslagen.

Wanneer twijfel bestaat over de leeftijd van een klant, kan om een identiteitsbewijs worden gevraagd.

6. Waarvoor gebruiken wij persoonsgegevens?

Wij verwerken persoonsgegevens onder andere voor:

  • het beantwoorden van vragen;

  • het verwerken van aanvragen;

  • het maken en beheren van afspraken;

  • het uitvoeren van tattoo- en piercingbehandelingen;

  • communicatie over een afspraak;

  • leeftijdscontrole;

  • het vastleggen van toestemming van een ouder of voogd;

  • het beoordelen of een behandeling verantwoord kan worden uitgevoerd;

  • het vastleggen van toestemming voor de behandeling;

  • nazorg en ondersteuning na de behandeling;

  • het verwerken van betalingen;

  • het voeren van onze administratie;

  • het voldoen aan wettelijke en administratieve verplichtingen;

  • het functioneren en verbeteren van onze website;

  • het meten van websitegebruik en advertenties;

  • het tonen van ons werk via website, portfolio en sociale media wanneer daarvoor toestemming is gegeven.

7. Op welke grondslag verwerken wij gegevens?

Afhankelijk van het doel verwerken wij persoonsgegevens omdat:

  • dit nodig is voor het maken of uitvoeren van een afspraak of behandeling;

  • wij aan een wettelijke verplichting moeten voldoen;

  • je daarvoor toestemming hebt gegeven;

  • voor bijzondere persoonsgegevens, zoals gezondheidsgegevens, waar nodig uitdrukkelijke toestemming is gegeven;

  • wij een gerechtvaardigd bedrijfsbelang hebben, bijvoorbeeld voor beveiliging of noodzakelijke bedrijfsadministratie, voor zover jouw privacybelang niet zwaarder weegt.

8. Tattoogenda

Isaan Tattoo Studio gebruikt Tattoogenda voor zowel tattoo- als piercingafspraken.

In Tattoogenda kunnen onder andere worden verwerkt:

  • klantgegevens;

  • afspraakgegevens;

  • behandelgegevens;

  • consentformulieren;

  • gezondheidsinformatie;

  • gegevens over ouderlijke toestemming;

  • gegevens die gekoppeld zijn aan betalingen;

  • indien geregistreerd, informatie over gebruikte tattoo-inkten.

Tattoo- en piercingconsentformulieren worden alleen in Tattoogenda opgeslagen.

9. Betalingen via Stripe

Online betalingen worden verwerkt via Stripe.

Stripe verwerkt de gegevens die nodig zijn om een betaling uit te voeren. De betaling kan binnen onze administratie worden gekoppeld aan de betreffende klant en afspraak.

Isaan Tattoo Studio beschikt daarbij niet noodzakelijk over alle volledige bank- of kaartgegevens die Stripe voor de betaaltransactie verwerkt.

10. Website, formulieren en externe dienstverleners

Voor onze website en dienstverlening maken wij gebruik van verschillende externe dienstverleners.

Hieronder vallen onder andere:

  • Mastermind Business System (MBS)
    Voor de website, formulieren en verwerking van contact- en aanvraaggegevens.

  • Tattoogenda
    Voor afspraken, klantgegevens, behandelgegevens en consentformulieren.

  • Stripe
    Voor online betalingen.

  • Google
    Onder andere voor e-mail, Google Analytics en Google Ads.

  • Meta
    Onder andere voor Facebook, Instagram en de Meta Pixel.

Deze dienstverleners kunnen persoonsgegevens verwerken voor zover dit noodzakelijk is voor de betreffende dienst.

11. Foto's en video's

Tijdens of na een tattoo- of piercingbehandeling kunnen foto's of video's van het resultaat worden gemaakt voor ons portfolio, onze website of sociale media.

Wij vragen hiervoor toestemming.

Foto's en video's zijn doorgaans gericht op de tattoo of piercing zelf en worden waar mogelijk zonder herkenbaar gezicht gemaakt.

Toestemming wordt momenteel meestal mondeling tijdens of na de behandeling gevraagd.

Je kunt altijd aangeven dat je niet wilt dat foto's of video's van jouw behandeling voor promotionele doeleinden worden gebruikt.

12. Nieuwsbrieven en commerciële e-mail

Isaan Tattoo Studio verstuurt op dit moment geen periodieke nieuwsbrief of commerciële mailing aan klanten.

Wanneer wij dit in de toekomst wel gaan doen, zullen wij hiervoor waar nodig toestemming vragen en een mogelijkheid bieden om je weer af te melden.

13. Cookies en tracking

Onze website kan cookies en vergelijkbare technieken gebruiken om de website goed te laten functioneren, het gebruik ervan te analyseren en de resultaten van advertenties te meten.

Wij maken onder andere gebruik van:

  • Google Analytics;

  • Google Ads-conversiemeting;

  • Meta Pixel.

Daarbij kunnen technische gegevens worden verwerkt, bijvoorbeeld:

  • IP-adres;

  • browser- en apparaatgegevens;

  • bezochte pagina's;

  • datum en tijd van websitebezoek;

  • informatie over hoe je op onze website terecht bent gekomen;

  • interacties met onze website en advertenties.

Waar voor het plaatsen of uitlezen van cookies toestemming vereist is, vragen wij hiervoor toestemming.

14. Bewaartermijnen

Wij bewaren persoonsgegevens niet langer dan nodig is voor het doel waarvoor deze zijn verzameld, tenzij wij gegevens langer moeten bewaren vanwege een wettelijke verplichting of een andere gerechtvaardigde reden.

Voor financiële en administratieve gegevens gelden de wettelijke bewaartermijnen.

Voor klant-, afspraak- en consentgegevens in Tattoogenda wordt op dit moment geen automatische vaste verwijdertermijn toegepast. Deze gegevens blijven gekoppeld aan de betreffende klant en afspraak zolang het dossier in Tattoogenda aanwezig is.

Wanneer een klant vraagt om verwijdering van persoonsgegevens, beoordelen wij welke gegevens kunnen worden verwijderd en welke gegevens wij eventueel nog moeten of mogen bewaren.

15. Inktregistratie

Bij tattoo-inkten kunnen gegevens worden geregistreerd over de gebruikte producten, zoals merk, kleur en batch- of lotnummer.

Wanneer deze gegevens worden geregistreerd, kunnen zij aan de betreffende afspraak in Tattoogenda worden gekoppeld.

16. Beveiliging van persoonsgegevens

Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om persoonsgegevens te beschermen tegen verlies, onbevoegde toegang, misbruik, wijziging en ongeoorloofde verstrekking.

Toegang tot klant- en gezondheidsgegevens wordt beperkt tot personen die deze gegevens nodig hebben voor hun werkzaamheden.

17. Jouw privacyrechten

Je hebt onder de AVG verschillende rechten ten aanzien van jouw persoonsgegevens.

Afhankelijk van de situatie kun je onder andere vragen om:

  • inzage in jouw persoonsgegevens;

  • correctie van onjuiste of onvolledige gegevens;

  • verwijdering van persoonsgegevens;

  • beperking van de verwerking;

  • overdracht van jouw gegevens;

  • bezwaar tegen bepaalde verwerkingen;

  • intrekking van eerder gegeven toestemming.

Het intrekken van toestemming heeft geen gevolgen voor verwerkingen die vóór de intrekking rechtmatig hebben plaatsgevonden.

In sommige gevallen kunnen wij een verzoek om verwijdering niet volledig uitvoeren, bijvoorbeeld wanneer wij bepaalde gegevens wettelijk moeten bewaren.

For tattoos

Before receiving a tattoo, you may be asked about:

  • damaged or abnormal skin;

  • scars or keloids;

  • haemophilia and other blood-clotting disorders;

  • cardiovascular conditions;

  • diabetes;

  • autoimmune diseases;

  • immunosuppression and other conditions affecting the immune system;

  • sarcoidosis;

  • other circumstances that may affect the treatment or healing process.

For piercings

Before receiving a piercing, you may be asked about:

  • pregnancy;

  • use of antibiotics or anticoagulant medication;

  • plastic surgery or radiotherapy at the area to be pierced;

  • haemophilia;

  • chronic skin conditions;

  • contact allergies;

  • diabetes;

  • immune system disorders;

  • cardiovascular conditions;

  • sarcoidosis;

  • other health or skin conditions that may be relevant to the treatment.

We use this information to assess whether the treatment can be carried out responsibly, whether additional precautions are required and whether it may be advisable to seek medical advice first.

4. Consent Forms

We use digital consent forms for tattoo and piercing treatments.

These forms record, among other things, that the client:

  • has received information about the treatment;

  • has been informed about possible risks and complications;

  • has provided relevant health information;

  • has received information about aftercare;

  • consents to the treatment;

  • confirms that the information provided is accurate.

Tattoo and piercing consent forms are stored exclusively in digital form in Tattoogenda.

Health information contained in these forms may be accessed by the floor manager and the tattoo artist or piercer treating the client, insofar as this is necessary for the treatment, aftercare, verification or a future appointment.

5. Minors and Age Verification

Additional rules apply to clients under the age of 18. Which rules apply depends, among other things, on the client's age and the treatment selected.

For tattoos, Isaan Tattoo Studio has its own policy that clients between 16 and 18 years old may only be tattooed with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

We do not tattoo minors on the face, hands or neck.

For piercings, the applicable rules relating to the client's age and the specific piercing are followed.

Where consent from a parent or legal guardian is required, information about that person may be recorded, including their signature and information necessary to verify their identity and consent.

In some cases, a photograph of the identity document of the parent or legal guardian is stored with the consent form.

If there is doubt about a client's age, we may ask to see identification.

We process personal data for purposes including:

  • making and managing appointments;

  • carrying out tattoo and piercing treatments;

Isaan Tattoo Studio uses Tattoogenda for both tattoo and piercing appointments.

The following information may be processed in Tattoogenda:

  • client information;

  • appointment details;

  • treatment details;

  • consent forms;

  • health information;

  • information concerning parental consent;

  • information linked to payments;

  • where recorded, information about tattoo inks used.

Tattoo and piercing consent forms are stored only in Tattoogenda.

9. Payments via Stripe

Online payments are processed through Stripe.

Stripe processes the information necessary to complete a payment. Within our administration, the payment may be linked to the relevant client and appointment.

Isaan Tattoo Studio does not necessarily have access to all complete bank or card details processed by Stripe for the payment transaction.

10. Website, Forms and External Service Providers

We use various external service providers for our website and services.

These include:

  • Mastermind Business System (MBS)
    For our website, forms and the processing of contact and enquiry information.

  • Tattoogenda
    For appointments, client information, treatment information and consent forms.

  • Stripe
    For online payments.

  • Google
    Including email, Google Analytics and Google Ads.

  • Meta
    Including Facebook, Instagram and the Meta Pixel.

These service providers may process personal data insofar as this is necessary to provide the relevant service.

11. Photographs and Videos

During or after a tattoo or piercing treatment, photographs or videos of the result may be taken for our portfolio, website or social media.

We ask for your consent before doing so.

Photographs and videos generally focus on the tattoo or piercing itself and, where possible, are taken without showing an identifiable face.

Consent is currently usually requested verbally during or after the treatment.

You can always tell us if you do not want photographs or videos of your treatment to be used for promotional purposes.

12. Newsletters and Commercial Email

Isaan Tattoo Studio does not currently send periodic newsletters or commercial email campaigns to clients.

If we decide to do so in the future, we will request consent where required and provide a clear way to unsubscribe.

13. Cookies and Tracking

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to ensure that the website functions properly, analyse its use and measure advertising results.

We use, among other things:

  • Google Analytics;

  • Google Ads conversion tracking;

  • Meta Pixel.

Technical information may be processed as part of this, including:

Where consent is required for placing or reading cookies, we ask for your consent.

14. Data Retention

We do not retain personal data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless we are required to retain it for longer due to a legal obligation or another legitimate reason.

Financial and administrative information is retained for the applicable statutory retention periods.

At present, no automatic fixed deletion period is applied to client, appointment and consent information stored in Tattoogenda. This information remains linked to the relevant client and appointment for as long as the record remains in Tattoogenda.

If a client requests the deletion of personal data, we assess which information can be deleted and which information we may or must continue to retain.

15. Tattoo Ink Registration

Information about tattoo inks used may be recorded, such as the brand, colour and batch or lot number.

Where this information is recorded, it may be linked to the relevant appointment in Tattoogenda.

16. Security of Personal Data

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, misuse, alteration and unauthorised disclosure.

Access to client and health information is restricted to people who require this information to perform their work.

17. Your Privacy Rights

Under the GDPR, you have various rights regarding your personal data.

Depending on the circumstances, you may request:

  • access to your personal data;

  • correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;

  • deletion of personal data;

  • restriction of processing;

  • transfer of your data;

  • objection to certain types of processing;

  • withdrawal of previously given consent.

Withdrawing your consent does not affect processing that was lawfully carried out before your consent was withdrawn.
